This is the definitive eating plan! This little book has 28 days of menus, with recipes and suggestions. There is one regular (brown edges) and the green is vegetarian/vegan. I have both, and use the menu plans all the time, and really recommended everyone try it. The books are inexpensive and well worth the cost. Also the meals are the sort anyone can make - no expensive ingredients, or exotic spices needed. You can always add chilli or red pepper flakes if you want your dish spicier.The emphasis is not on dieting but adopting a healthier lifestyle, although most days calorie total is approximately 1500. Do yourself a favor and get this book.

For a little book, this is the most comprehensive Mediterranean Diet Book I've found! It tell you exactly how to follow it and provides recipes and meal plans as well. If you're interested in the Mediterranean Diet, this is the book you want to buy!!!
This is a good quick little book for some good healthy recipes. Being on a plant based diet I was looking for more options. The recipes I have tried have been great.
I have not found a single recipe I don't love … super ideas, valid information to back it up.
This little book is priceless! It gives me everything I need to understand the Mediterranean diet and convert my lifestyle to it. I especially like the menus and the recipes. The authors provide information on what a Mediterranean pantry should look like, and I will be cleaning mine out and restocking it with the right foods. I can't wait to try the menus and become healthy!
